HOW TO BOOK

 

1. Select tuition options (private or group, adults or children) and suitable date(s), using the tuition details

2. Using our self selection page as best you can work out every individual’s current ski ability from our (1-10 scale). Please have this information ready for stage 3.

3. Check our instructor availability, via email or phone. Please include information about the date(s) you require ski tuition / guiding, the age of any children or teenagers under 18yrs, and the ski ability of each person (1-10 scale). We are here to help; we will suggest the best groupings from the information you provide to help you book from what we have available.

4. Confirm what you would like to book from what we have on offer.

5. We will email a ‘booking procedure’ along with the appropriate booking forms and booking conditions attached. All the information regarding your tuition and how to pay will be detailed in this email.

6. Complete the forms and email them back to us. We request the forms within 3 days of us emailing you the booking procedure. We will hold the booking for you for 3 days whilst we wait for your forms.

When making a booking we now require the payment in full to secure the tuition reserved.
On making a payment, you are entering into a contract as described in the booking conditions.
Your booking will be held for up to 5 days while waiting for a payment to be received.

Payment can be made by either UK credit or debit card, sterling cheque or bank transfer

7. You will receive a ‘booking confirmation’ email of your booking/payment. This will have full details of the tuition booked including dates, times, meeting point and instructor contact details.
