HOW TO BOOK

 

1. Select tuition options and suitable date(s), using the tuition details and self selection page.

2. Check our availability, via email or phone. Please include information about the date(s) you require ski tuition / guiding, the age of any children or teenagers under 18yrs, and the ski ability of each person (1-10 scale).

3. Confirm what you would like to book from what we have on offer.

4. We will send a ‘booking procedure’ email along with the appropriate booking form.

5. Complete the forms and email them back to us, within 3 days.

6. Make payment either by UK credit or debit card, sterling cheque or bank transfer.

When making a booking we require a 50% deposit to secure your tuition (or the full amount if you would prefer). The remaining 50% is due within 6 weeks of the tuition commencing.
On making a payment, you are entering into a contract as described in the booking conditions.
Your booking will be held for up to 5 days while waiting for a payment to be received. If booking within 6 weeks, the full amount is required.

7. Receive confirmation email of your booking/payment. This will have full details of the tuition booked including dates, times, meeting point and instructor.

8. Send balance if required. The balance is required 6 weeks prior to departure.

9. Receive email receipt of final payment.
